At Steam Sauna Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment. If your sauna or steam generator doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your unit.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the product is placed in its original factory packaging with all internal buffers, manuals, and components to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the return label and RMA number clearly on the exterior of the crate or box, and provide us with the tracking number from your chosen freight carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in new, resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
